We visited the railway station today for my mum's birthday she has a disability and she can't walk far at all.. The service and help all the staff gave us was exceptional. The station master's help was above and beyond what anyone would expect. They all certainly made our day. Thank you all very much for you help and kindness.

Actually we just walked around for the fun of it since there was no activity there at the time. We loved everything about Llangollen. We took our narrow boat there on the canal and stayed in the moorings above the town. We only had time for one evening and would have loved to extend our stay but time waits for no man... Maybe at some future date we'll return.

Absolutely fantastic service especially as we had to keep the train waiting due to being unable to park In the town. The staff were so pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had the mother's day afternoon tea which was delicious. Thank you so much for a great experience.

Loved it. Great day out. But the only thing is the price. But nice day any way

We had a great time. Children loved it. Indoor activities as it was a wet day. Special events going on Thomas and meeting the controller. Food expenses can add up but we took a picnic for on the train.
