The food was disgusting—cold, dry, and basically inedible. They forgot my sauces, and the order arrived spilled everywhere, dripping through my house. I couldn’t even eat it because it was still half-frozen and tasted horrible. Do better. Honestly, get rid of this McDonald’s—it’s pointless and dirty. If you want McDonald’s, go to the retail park instead; it’s much better.
The food was okay, the staff were friendly and helpful the printer at the service terminal often malfunctioned, but the layout of the room was really bad: the delivery people with their huge thermal backpacks took up almost the entire space at the pick-up counter... without any consideration for others. It would be great if they could separate the two areas.
Bradley was so helpful and polite - getting more ketchup for us, helping sort out our 5 year old that had lost his Happy Meal Toy and making sure we had everything we needed. He was very caring and went above & beyond going up & down stairs twice ! to ensure we enjoyed our visit ! The lady clearing tables did a grand job too as it was a busy Saturday afternoon. Ordered food to table - all arrived promptly and was hot. Staff provided extra sauce when requested and kindly wiped our table for us when we sat down.
Everytime I order from here there’s always something missing. First ever time was a whole meal and tried to ring the store but was told they can’t help me even if the food is there, I couldn’t come in to collect it. This time 3 lots of fries so none of our meals were complete. Dips always are missed even when you are charged for them. It’s honestly so frustrating even when there’s no way of making a complaint and no help from the actual restaurant
Would like to say a big thank you to the manageress, who kindly pulled the order from diliveroo who accept orders but can't for fill delivery! Maybe they should use boats instead of mopeds!
