Lovely food and very friendly staff...great atmosphere..
Although the food was nice. I felt that the staff were very much overstretched. We were there in a group and waited a long time for our food to arrive. The food came out in groups of what was ordered. Rather than everyone's dishes coming out at the same time. This meant that someone who had ordered the mozzarella for their starter was just beginning to eat when most of the table had already finished eating. Not a problem with the staff. More than likely due to the company itself or management. The place and the staff have great potential. I just hope management get their ideas together.
It would have been 7 out of 10 but with only 5 stars its 8 out of 10. Very hot pizza that was very tasty but as it was served on cold plates it did not stay hot for long. Service was good but a little slow at the end when it was time to pay. Tastecard made a difference to the bill
Excellent service and amazing food. The manager Connor was well presented and had a positive can do attitude. Callum in the kitchen prepared the food to a high standard and the end result was a fantastic flavoursome lunch. All in all I will definitely be returning.
We arrived late afternoon, around 3pm. It was good atmosphere in the restaurant, not too busy and we were seated immediately. Conor who Served us was fast and polite. Callum in the kitchen made some fantastic Romana Pizzas. Absolutely delicious. All round good visit and will be back again
Great staff. Lovely food. Started going alot past few months with one aim..... the roasted tomato soup! Absolutely gorgeous. Today we are here and no tomato soup! It was only seasonal. Very disappointed!
When we arrived the place was very busy. Which meant we were expecting a wait on food, little did we know. At one point we waited 45minutes between courses which, with a little one, isn't too enjoyable. Although the waiter constantly apologised and the manager gave us a fair discount to make up for it. All in all, the food was lovely and the service was friendly.
Not been for a while as last couple visits disappointed. Tonight whizzed in before trip to cinema, was not busy as early evening, food lovely service great, we all agreed pizza piping hot fresh and delicious Well done will be regulars if keep to up
Food is what you would expect. The service was shocking though. We were practically ignored once seated. If we hadn't shouted a waiter I think they would have left us there all night. It took nearly a hour to get our food and it wasn't even overly busy
Went hear for the 1st time and sadly be our last.. the food was nice but if you dont like spice or just want a normal pizza then your very limted with choice... the service was gud enough and staff was nice. But compare to every other place that make pizza..i.e. pizza hurt.. dominos.. the place in ashton where you make your own.. its quite pricy even with tastcard....the menus are aweful.. ill can see why its going to go bust soon.. nice food but out of date and pricy.
