"Pico Lounge is in the little Howard Town retail park, close by the town centre, the leisure centre, the market and the river. Close by everywhere, really! We’re a handsome place with huge floor to ceiling windows and a lovely terrace out the back by the river, just perfect for watching the world - well, it’s ducks - go by. We serve a great range of food and drinks including full kids, gluten free and vegan menus in a really welcoming light and airy space including a double height atrium with some very dangly beautiful lightshades. Oo and don’t miss our fake ungulatory taxidermy menagerie. Easy for us to say."

Would highly recommend the large breakfast. It was all extremely delicious and you can edit it according to what items you want to add or take off. There is a supplement for extra items but they dont reduce the price if you take things off which is the only downside. I took off the eggs and having been misled at other breakfast venues I decided to order an extra portion of bacon thinking it would be one rasher on top of the two i was expecting - I ended up with 6 rashers of delicious meaty back bacon . Extra portion definitely not required but it did not go to waste! The toast is also a nice touch being able to choose from either white bloomer or sourdough which was hot instead of the usual square cold slices you get at other places. Will definitely go again and me and him are playing Lounge bingo to tick off as many as we can round the country
Large dog friendly restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Very popular and busy on Sunday afternoon when we visited. The menu is very large with various cuisines served. We went for the tapas and the flatbread. Both were nice. As expected the tapas portions are small as is the portion of fries. Several beers on tap. I also had a delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. Self ordering at the table with a QR code. Staff were pleasant.
Oh wow, what a find glutton free menu for my husband .didn't realise it's a chain of brilliant restaurants. We have been to the one in Hull, which is also amazing, great service. Fantastic staff.foods great as well.
We stopped here after a big hike for some food. Good menu for vegetarians with pleasant atmosphere.nI ordered bang bang cauliflower, which sounded good. However, it was far too salty. nI was so hungry but still couldn't finish it.. far too much soy sauce.nMy husband said the chicken Kiev burger was good but small, and the pickle didn't really go well with the garlic sauce.
Amazing Gluten free breakfast. And the rest of the menu. Probably best gluten free place I’ve been. All the staff are great but Lucy was especially helpful! Thank you!
