I spotted the Oakwood on the high street so browsed the menu and loved the diversity and concept of cuisines with a Great varietynWe Had a feast consisting of their famous tacos mine was tofu along with the vegan satay , mushroom wings and Vietnamese fries with Fast friendly service Can’t fault any dish and all Full of flavournWell thought through and enjoyed everythingnnPlus Super Vegan friendly and had so many options with a separate menu toonMy mum and dad loved the surf and turfnOverall a great lunch to see us through the afternoon and would return
We had the crispy chicken burger and a classic burger with cheese. The cost of each burger was just under £12 which didn’t include fries. It took longer than expected to get our food and we were incredibly disappointed by the size of the serving small burger and very little salad. The chicken was under seasoned, the beef burger was over cooked and dry. Extremely disappointing and a shame considering the atmosphere is quite nice. Overall come for the bar and drinks only.
Enjoyed lunch in the bar area as tables booked in Eating area. Food and Beverages really good. I had the Goats cheese salad with plain fries fries hot and crunchy, just right. Other family. Members enjoyed Philly steak wraps with loaded fries. Friendly, polite staff. Good ales.. .
Food was nice but be prepared for a long wait. Only complaint was the prawns could have been cooked for a minute longer
