Very basic hotel. Some lovely old features shame not looked after. Rooms clean and tidy but run down. Very quiet no noise. Breakfast ok but was running late. Seemed not enough staff on premises. Unfortunately they cancelled our booking for our return journey because of flooding to some rooms. They did however book us in a hotel along road for similar price and offered to refund difference. Unfortunately the hotel that was booked in place was far worse .
Great stopover when travelling to the Highlands. Friendly staff lovely spacious and clean rooms. Very dog friendly , he even had his own breakfast. Would use again when travelling to Scotland as only 10 mins off the M6.
Friendly staff lovely breakfast. A little dated like others have put but it was a nice stay before we went to Gretna and got married. Had a lovely meal at Harraby and friendly staff
Booked Pinegrove for an overnight stay on the journey back from Scotland. Good location, plenty of parking, friendly welcome and en-suite room with bath. Paid extra for breakfast which was quickly served, well cooked and tasty.nnHotel is in need of a makeover being tired in places, but has plenty of potential. Value for the price.
Basic no frills accommodation. Can't fault it for the price. Ideal place to stay for braking up a journey. Dogs allowed in the rooms, good bonus. I would stay again.
