We stayed at a relatively quiet time. The staff/owners are extremely hard working and the staff in general are very pleasant. Rooms are clean and spacious. The shared shower and washrooms are also clean and pleasant. I would recommend a stay here. My only negative was the air freshener in the room but that is a tiny thing. Stay here, you'll not be disappointed!

Had a wonderful 3 day break in Carlisle at Abbey Court. Accomodation and food were excellent. Kelly and all the staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Town centre only 5 mins away. Breakfast was delicious!!. Would stay again and highly recommend it to all. Go see it for yourself !!!!!!

Superb!! Kelly cannot do enough for you. The best poached eggs I've tasted in years!! Not all rooms are en suite so book well in advance. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Checkout is 10.30. If needing shopping to take home, Asda, Pound land & BM Bargains are a just a few hundred yards away. Can't recommend this B&B highly enough!!!!
