Excellent bed and breakfast. Room was furnished to a high standard. Breakfast was very tasty. Host was very helpful. If we are in Carlisle again we won't hesitate to stay again.

Stayed at Holly Trees and had a lovely stay .The landlord could not have made us more welcome.Real home from home feel,immaculately clean and a very wholesome breakfast.Host even gave us a lift out of the rain exceeding his role as landlord would definitely stay again.

I stayed here for a month and it was a great B&B. The owner was very nice and made me feel right at hoome. The rooms are well decorated and a short walking distance to the centre of town. Overall a great place to stay!
