I think this is a good spoons!! Off hidden away down a small alleyway, was fairly quiet but can imagine it gets busy quickly. If you want a place to go and sit in Nottingham and have a drink in peace this is your spot.
I hesitated for the rating because the food was pretty good. I went there for brunch and as far as English breakfasts go, this was very decent. Actually the black pudding was delicious, as were the hash browns. The toasts were a little dry and the egg was a bit over cooked for my taste but it was honestly good and satisfying. Definitely fulfilled its purpose as a brunch for someone who was very hungry! It’s also quite nice inside, chilled and cosy. I didn’t interact with the staff much so I cannot say how friendly the place is. Overall, it was a nice experience and pretty good value for money.
The best Spoon in Notts. That said, the bar flies were inescapable today at table 51. And menus are almost always dirty. Food was good though and reasonably priced!Food: 5/5

Visited this Wetherspoons for a quick and budget-friendly meal. The atmosphere was casual and the staff were friendly. However, the food quickly went cold and the coffee machine stopped working halfway through use. It's a classic case of getting what you pay for. Good for a cheap bite, but don't expect top quality.Food: 3/5
Decent Wetherspoon’s pub about 15 minutes walk from Nottingham Railway Station. Thirteen cask beers on handpump when I visited including a mild. I had the small traditional breakfast which was pretty good.Food: 4/5
The food is never as good as Lloyds, but is still edible and you can't really grumble for the price. I usually have a little bite to eat followed by plenty of cocktails. The atmosphere is great, I prefer the atmosphere here, just the food lets it down a little bit.
We use wetherspoon all over the country .and is one of our go to places. But when I went to the bar at the roebuck one member of staff thought it was ok to leave me waiting even though I was obviously first and go and serve regulars I mentioned as she served yet a other person and she said I've mentioned that you are next to a other bar person. That was fine she was lovely and I did say to her sorry for the rant but i had been waiting a while and she served others that had just got to the bar she seemed more i terested to serve regulars. The person in question was small with purple ish hair. She .ade no apology for keeping me waiting . We don't normally make any complaints but this was just rude it was about 12ish on 14th October 2024.
You get exactly what you expect from westherspoons in terms of food quality. The place is a little dark inside, I think this is down to furniture and decor. The food was decent. Fish and Chips Here is my rating Fish 7/10 Chips 7/10 Peas 8/10
