
Personal training for women of all ages in the Stockton, Billingham and Hartlepool Area
I’m a level 3 qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor who loves teaching all things related to health & fitness. I am also the co-owner of Phoenix Fitness and train my clients from our private studio gym. This avoids the need for expensive gym memberships. It’s fair to say I’m an all rounder in the gym, so while strength training is my main focus I also do circuit training and high intensity interval training for cardio, TRX for flexibility and kettlebell work……. because kettlebells are just an amazing exercise tool. I love the feeling of being able pick up any piece of equipment and know that I know how to use it to my benefit. My goal is to pass that confidence on to my clients. Train with me and my knowledge will become your knowledge. All you need to supply is the commitment.
I want to help you to achieve your goals but I also want to not have to rely on me long term. I want to coach you, teach you, inspire you and give you the confidence to have complete control over your own training, so that you ultimately become your own most valuable asset. I want to teach you what to train, how to train, what will work best for you, what to eat and how to fit all that into real life and still achieve your goals. Together we can create a strategy for change that is perfect for you.
I want to give all women the confidence, commitment and knowledge to be the best version of themselves that they can be - and have fun achieving their goals. Women need to realise how amazing they are and how amazing their bodies can be. It doesn't matter if your goals are getting slimmer or becoming fitter or more healthy, together we can make it happen.
