Easily the best gym in Teesside, the machines are very rarely out of order and are fixed very quickly. Their is plenty of free weights and benches, a lot of running, row and Xtrainer machines along with a running track upstairs. Plenty of classes to book on the app and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area and changing rooms are always kept clean and tidy and I have never seen any trouble. The cafe doesn’t offer a great deal of choice but that’s the only downfall.

Good family gym with kids classes. Changing rooms and showers dated, but the rest of the gym is great. Fair priced and good selection of classes, even for kids
Joined here alongside my mum and sister to help me improve my quality of life after a recent diagnosis. We joined online and were contacted within 24 hours to book a free boost session to show us around the gym and give advice on how to best achieve our own personal goal. We had booked in with a guy called Ste. He was really caring and attentive. He listened and gave us some great advice. Honestly he's an absolute credit to the team. I've breifly spoke to several members of staff and they've all been pretty great to be honest. The gym is quite large so when working out you don't feel like your on top of people and you don't feel quite as "on show" as I thought I'd feel. They have lots of classes available and up to date equipment which so far all has been working perfectly. Would recommend this gym too anyone.

Gym its not that bad , but quite expensive for 41 £ per month , PT's are basic no complaints there just one old women probably unhappy with her life that acts like a looser and thats all , my advice find another gym loads better then this one and cheaper.
Do yourself a favour and read section 8 of the contract before signing up. They will exercise their right to remove/close certain facilities as they see fit. Checkout the Boxing area below.
Great gym but really disappointing customer service, I was advised to take annual membership as it would allow me to freeze membership while away with work. Discovered this was not entirely accurate as membership can only be frozen for whole months, absolutely no use to me as only away for a couple of weeks. Extremely expensive when you factor this in as effectively paying double for 6 months. Great gym unless you work away, although there are cheaper gyms available in the area with comparable facilities
Nice big unaccessible pool due 60% of total pool space being used by the 9 billion kids in . Load in all places , headphones don't drown out the noise . Expensive compare to other nicer better equipped gyms . Shabby finish , with peeling paint etc in many places . Gym equipment that is the most Billy basic , don't be expecting a TV screen on your bike etc. Hydro pool is nice and normally warm enough 55% ish percent of the time . Overall just go somewhere else unless you have a young family it's a leisure centre not a gym
