Excellent gym. My 2 little boys have really enjoyed kick boxing lessons here. Their self confidence and fitness have thrived. The staff are kind and friendly. The venue is clean and tidy, smart and well equipped.

My son Leo had a really good time on his 1st time. Leo’s needed something like this as he can be shy and needs a confidence boost. Trainers were great, and Leo is now a member. Thank you. X

Great gym, coaches were great and have kids discipline when needed, there was a few taster kids and I found it great that one coach spent their time with them to show them a few things unfortunately my son didn’t want to go but for no reason but will keep them in mind for future Thankyou

My little boy was so nervous when he first went in but the staff made him feel so welcome he was straight over joining in,,, would highly recommend

My 8 year old daughter has been training here since the beginning of 2022 and she has loved every session so far! She has a knee condition which the trainers work with her on and take into consideration in her training. I think the "star of the class" and "star of the month" is a great touch and gives the children something to try harder for in every sessions!  Could not recommend Contender Gym enough!! 5*+

I have trained here for 7 years. My kids now train here at 5 & 8 years old. I work away and I’m always welcomed back here. I’ve introduced many family members and friends here. Garry has also set me up in other gyms when I’m working away if he’s knows of them.

I was nervous before hand but Vicky and Nathan made me feel welcome and relaxed. I learned how to low kick.

My 9 year old attended the taster session and had an amazing time, thank you so much

Great atmosphere and my son loved his taster session, will be going back to sign him up.

Contender Gym is absolutely fantastic. I have both of my kids in the class. They’re very inclusive for both girls and boys. The place is very clean and tidy and have a great setup for training.
