I had a fantastic experience joining David Lloyd, and a huge thank you to Elliott for making the whole process so enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel completely at ease, which is exactly what you need when you're joining a new gym.nnElliott was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly informative, taking the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure. He showed me around the facilities and explained everything clearly, making it easy to see how much David Lloyd has to offer.nnThe facilities themselves are top notch and had everything I was looking for. It's a fantastic environment with excellent equipment and a great atmosphere throughout.nnOverall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Elliott's professionalism and welcoming approach made all the difference, and I'd highly recommend both him and David Lloyd to anyone thinking of joining.
I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Nikki, the main sales representative who gave me a tour, was incredibly welcoming—nice, friendly, bubbly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything feel easy and enjoyable.nnElliot, the manager, was equally impressive. He personally introduced himself to welcome me to the club —something not many managers take the time to do.nnI would absolutely recommend both Nikki and Elliot. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine enthusiasm truly set them apart, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
Recently joined David Lloyd Teesside after needing a change in Lifestyle.nnI arranged an appointment and had a tour around with Nikki. After going around the facilities and having a coffee i joined as it is literally everything i am looking for to help me achieve my goals of a healthier lifestyle.nnThe gym facilities are excellent with some brilliant personal trainers. The Spa facilities are also equally brilliant and make you come out feeling relaxed and invigorated.nnNikki has also actively encouraged me to join some sessions such as Blaze and Cyclone to vary my workouts and to utilise my membership to the full.nnI have also joined my daughter and enrolled her onto sessions for her to have an active lifestyle and encourage her.nnI enjoy the club as its so much more than a gym, its now a whole lifestyle which is becoming very comfortable with.
Kayley was extremely helpful and welcoming throughout the whole process at David Lloyd. She took the time to explain the membership options clearly and made everything quick and straightforward. Her friendly and professional approach made joining a really positive experience. Great customer service.
Joining David Lloyd Teesside was a really easy and straightforward process from start to finish.
