Great gym with loads of equipment, amazing price too.
Overall a great gym. Plenty of benches, however could do with a few more squat racks. Friendly staff. Shower changing area isn't always the cleanest unfortunately.
Been a member of many different gyms over the years, however I can honestly say the overall customer service I have received from Xercise4Less Stockton is above to what I expected. From the start of my membership the AGM Geordie girl, apologies forgot your name was a true pro, courteous and super helpful. Carl goes above and beyond, always helpful and polite, never stops! Seriously not all gym staff offer exceptional customer service like you guys so cheers!
Cheap, accommodating and friendly staff. The gym does get busy and due to its size, it feels busy at times. Always warm due to it being above Tesco, but other than that, great.
This is an experience not to be missed if like me you have a busy lifestyle and work varying hours. It's a nice well laid out gym. It's not pretentious and does exactly what it says on the label. It's not overly priced and the equipment is well maintained and if you can avoid the obvious peak times there is no hanging around waiting. It's a very convenient experience and I'd happily recommend it to anyone. The staff are very friendly and helpful so overall it ticks all the boxes for me.
very nice place with plenty options of workout equipments at your disposal. Kind staff too like Emily, always ensuring the weights are returned and members are ok. I have already started recommending the gym to friends.
Good quality gym went there a few times on a evening. The staff are friendly especially one young lady when she requested I removed my bag from the gym floor. This isn't negative feedback she was very professional , respectful and friendly. Would recommend this gym for all kinds of fitness level
It's a big gym, where you can do a perfect workout, you got a lots machine for weights, always clean, nice staff and very good price
I have just joined this gym. Maybe because I'm from Kent but the membership fee is so cheap. The staff have been very friendly and helpfull. The whole place is spotless. So many machines to chose from I haven't waited for any yet. That's a big plus for me. Toilets and showers are is spotless and works well. Just one very minor negative.. might sound silly to others but seeing how nice the place looks the entrance from the ground floor to reception seem a bit drab. My first impression when entering I thought it was going to be a bit run down.
My membership was from 2016-2019.Good cheap gym with free classes. If you love your cardio then you're gonna have a treat as well. But there's only one flat bench and only one squat rack which is one of those non-adjustable ones. The dumbells go up to just 40kg. I like the lighting and the mirrors as well though. Always spotless whenever I come in which is very good. Staff are friendly and helpful.
