DW has got some bad reviews in previous months as the sauna was out of order but this is an amazing gym, the staff are all so friendly and welcoming it feels like a family. The classes are amazing as the instructors are the best Kieran and Gary and know what they are doing and make them fun but also make you work! The gym has everything you need and when you are hardcore you don't care if it's a bit 'smelly' which it isn't or the sauna isn't working as you go in to lift heavy sh*t! It's good value for money and in a handy location. All the staff help you out and it you need any advice they are always around!
Great gym, staff are lovely Love that the pool isnt absolutely freezing! I love the classes especially combat with Cath, she’s such a good instructor! Iv been a member for a few months now & can’t fault the place, things do break now and again but are fixed pretty quickly! would definitely reccommend.
I can say it's very bad gym. I visited couple of times and its mess everywhere and and sweated equipment. I never seen some to come and clean the mess around and when I visited pool I go home whot eczema on my body and face. I think this gym will be good for that price what they asking but not and you will not get the service what you can if you pay 30+
I member for 15 years not go any where else. best gym in middlebrough .Staff are always nice and helpful i not complain. hotr pool broke but fixed for months now. staff told me how long to fix when i ask. I love the swift machines they have more than other gym in middlebrough. very clean and not dirty. swana and hot pool very nice. i do recomend al person to dis gym it amzing
one of the worst gym you can ever go to. Water in the shower area is close to its boiling point. All I am going to say is whether it is july or december you dont need to buy a kettle, instead get a DW gym membership for a year and boiling water comes with it free. Other than that I think gym is just OK
I've been comming to this gym 3-4 month now and so far never experienced any problems the staff are allways at hand and very polite and helpful machines all work different classes on everyday and night I.e boxercise. Spinning all in all I've found this to be a very good gym
The best staff absolutely possible ! They even spent there own free time unpaid to help train me the swimming pool is where I spend most my time I wish it could be deeper but hey ho the Steam room is nice and the Hot pool is beautiful - Sami
Middlesbrough dw sports fitness Disgusting customer service very rude how they speak to you 0 stars for me , gym is very filthy especially the toilets and changing rooms also very outdated equipment and most of the machines broken and don't get repaired after so many months pass steam room always out of order jacuzzi always cold. They take extra money out of your account without notifying u never go there again absolute disgrace!!!!
I have been using dwgym about 4 month n I do enjoy it normally how ever some of the staff are so rude n rachest that I had to leave today and I'm going to cancel my membership as I have try to talk to the manager but she is the main problem n she won't have it she is so aggressive to words me.
This is horrible gym . All machine are out of service. U can not go to toilet. Because very smells bad. Everything is dirty. And They do not respect to members.
