Jenna's pregnancy yoga class is a really lovely space to physically and mentally prepare for birth and parenthood. Jenna creates a wonderful atmosphere to relax and share experiences in and she is always warm, down to earth, and full of knowledge regarding research and official guidelines on pregnancy and birth. I attended the classes from week 15 to 36 of my pregnancy and found them appropriate throughout as Jenna offers adjustments depending on how you're feeling in your body that day. Would highly recommend to any expecting mothers looking for some calming and positive "me-time" before the arrival of baby.
I have attended Jenna's pregnancy yoga classes for the last 5 months of my pregnancy. Jenna is very warm and welcoming, she takes time at the start of each class to check in on each mum-to-be and the tailors the class to suit any particular needs. Jenna goes above and beyond dealing with any questions, often following up inbetween classes with her futher research and suggestions. A lovely, supportive environment that I would encourage any expectant mother to try. Thank you Jenna, baby & I look forward to continuing with postnatal yoga!

I attended Jenna’s pregnancy yoga classes throughout pregnancy and really enjoyed the moment of calm and relaxation this gave my week. The movement and breath work increased my confidence in managing labour and birth. I have since joined Jenna’s baby yoga classes and have loved seeing the other mums and babies from pregnancy yoga. It has been great to take some time for myself as a new mum, and I will definitely benefit from the movement. Jenna creates a very relaxed, supportive and nurturing environment. She is knowledgeable, very approachable and warm. I’ve loved both classes and would highly recommend.
Jenna’s classes are far more than just your average yoga class and she is far more than just a yoga teacher. She’s a wonderful source of support and knowledge and you come away from her sessions feeling like you’ve had exactly what you need to nurture and replenish.
Wonderful pregnancy yoga. Going every week helps me feel calm and in control for my upcoming birth. Jenna takes the time every session to understand any areas of concern for people which we can then work on in the session. I always sleep very well after too!
A lovely preparation for birth! Jenna is a warm and thoughtful teacher. I love the beautiful combination of movement, self-empowerment, education and relaxation that her classes offer. The flexibility of being able to do an in person class or online via zoom has been very handy for our family too!
My daughter and I have loved the postnatal yoga sessions. Jenna is so knowledgeable and a calming influence on both mum and baby. The sessions allow mums not only to concentrate on their post baby bodies but also share advice and give comfort to others on a down day. Definitely a must for a new mummy!
Wonderful! I have done both the pre natal and post natal classes with Jenna - both have been hugely beneficial in my pregnancy journey and my post natal recovery. Jenna is a joy to lead the sessions and caters all moves to your personal needs. She is so personable and insightful. The classes have helped my physically in preparing and recovering from birth but also mentally in finding other Mum’s and sharing our journeys and creating space to regulate in a period of intensity. The classes have been really important to my journey and I would highly recommend to anyone of any yoga ability! My little boy also loves the classes and it’s become a lovely little ritual to attend together.
