Cat litter is good value also multi packs of cat food.on the downside the in-store vet despite lots of advertising still hasn't been installed .. staff behind check outs friendly .

Lee the store manager and kelly the shop worker was very rude and banned me from the store for buying too many fish over a couple of months period ???? i thought it was a joke,and explained i have 3 tanks and said they are welcome to check my property anytime, they took my reward card from us and said they cant sell any fish to us again,what a joke of a shop and manager,surprised they stay open with that attitude, Lee the manager is so inexperienced my 12 year old lad knows more about the hobby than he does, will never buy from them again,there's better friendly shops local where you can buy what you want without being discriminated against, Also was made to wait 20 mins at fish section, in the end I got someone to pop up who was very rude and knew nothing about what I needed, Worst customer care I've ever experienced, Why do they not have folk on the sections they have ? Shop workers saw me but carried on ignoring us ?kids employed who know nothing and have to get someone to help them help me and them get someone else to help them help me lol JOKE.... Terrible customer service and definitely not very knowledgeable......
