Absolutely amazing! Lady knew what I needed and wanted, the new person also helped me too and she was brilliant. I got all the answers I need, all the equipment I need for my new vape and it was all at an amazing price too! Definitely going back! Thank you ladies.

This brings me grate sadness, After buying a Drag-S Vape kit latter i found that the tank had a fault that hindered me using it, I returned the tank to Mist, and left it with them and waited over 4 weeks checking in when I passed to see if it was fixed or replaced, today I entered the store to check on item, to be told " You may as well take that tank back as there is nothing we can do" I said that's not good enough can i swap the whole unit for another kit, that met with an abrupt No. followed by loads of abuse from the member of staff a few F's thrown at me we a few D/Head comments followed with Idiot, I did not swear at the person i remained calm and will be contacting trading standards with the recording of the conduct i endured, as Faulty goods from this store have ended up being rude to the customer who waited for over 4 weeks for the matter to be resolved, only to be told "No! with a few insults ". some what confused after waiting over 4 weeks for a replacement or fix to be now told not our problem

Great guy running the shop. Lots of help and information supplied to help me choose the best possible option for myself, will definitely recommend and I'll be returning soon, Thanks.

Brilliant service! Helpful, friendly and very reasonably priced. I'm not in the least surprised at how busy it was when I was there. My go-to for vape supplies now :
It's OK.. guy that's runs it is quite nice.. woukd love to see a better selection of premium line juice but still a decent selection
Great place, good staff who are always helpful. The only thing I would say is that they need to have more stock in. Sometimes you can go in and they don't have what I need.
Great products at a fair price and 1st class service. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
