Not a bad CEX store. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Some of the stock items are overpriced bit their USP is the 2 year warranty you get for free! Good for trading in games etc. for either cash or store credit.
Prices not competitive as I could buy the same devices from amazon nearly 30 quid cheaper! Staff never smiled or spoke and didn't feel able to ask any questions left promptly!
Couldn't be happier! I ordered this phone online and the only reason how I know it came from this store is because there was only one left in stock! Upon arrival, I could feel through the packaging that the phone was boxed. The phone itself was immaculate and came with manuals, unused earphones and the charger. This should have been classed as an A grade. There's no cosmetic damage. I ordered this as a spare phone, also so I didn't lose my google movies and music. Also it works better with my Google Home, aswell as using an O2 SIM I had lying around and my 64GB MicroSD. Delighted!
Not sure why Google is suggested I visited these premises...didn't even look in windows. Happy to review when I've ACTUALLY visited the store.
Got a quote online to trade in some old tech, the amount offered online was around 430 quid. Now I understand that this price is subject to change when the items have been checked over, BUT, the amount they offered me went right down to 203 quid! Saying there was damage on some items, that was not there when I dropped them off so must of happened in store after I dropped them off Absolutely joke. Would not recommend trading in anything here.

Highest praise for the staff at Coalville. Was looking to use the repair service for PlayStations . It's a convenient way to get things sorted without posting the thing off to somewhere ... Anyway Very knowledgeable on PS4 issues and gave some very sound advice to my son on his PS4 frozen screen issues he is having....and without costing a penny they determined it was a hard drive fault. Son was over the moon as he expected the worst ....a large bill and no joy. Anyway thanks to all that store ...much appreciated
Husband bought a camera from here some time ago And I bought some cheaper dvds.
I only really go these when looking for blu rays etc, don't buy high demand items as they are way over priced. All the stores are the same
My previous phone was broken and I had to buy a new device urgently. I nowhete found a good phone at a good price. I found this business and I knew I was in the right place. The staff is excellent, helpful and kind. They all helped me and were patient with me. Here I bought my first high-end phone in my life. The device works perfectly, flawless. I recommend this store to you. :
