We turned up at about 3pm and it was fairly quiet so we were able to go in without an appointment. The staff were brilliant and sorted out the shoes required quickly and with real care ..one set of shoes wasn't in store and needed to be ordered but that was no trouble and the whole thing didn't take too long and was quite a pleasant experience as far as school shoe buying goes! Shoes are quite good quality too.
Shocking service. Staff seemed impatient and un- enthusiastic. Would rather go to fosse Park despite the hectic scenes. I heard the young lady that measured my two children’s feet moan about me asking her to do so to another colleague.
Lovely staff to measure and advise. Being a small store the range in stock is limited, they're happy to order and hold what you want..
I will be so sorry when this store closes. I have used them for years and went there when I was younger too! Staff are amazing, wishing you all the best
