There is one guy who works there who follows you about. I had a trolly full of items including two 4 metre rolls of fence screening. It was a small Morrisons trolly, many customers were using them as there were no B&M ones, except for 6 that were totally stuck together in the trolly bay. I accidentally left a box of cat food in my trolly, it was between my bags, not in my bag! I could see him clearly waiting beyond the checkout before I paid for my items. Would I have risked deliberately not paying for a £3.95 box of cat food?? No, and of course I paid for it upon him confronting me. It was a simple accident. Maybe if you had sufficient trollies especially when people are wanting large items as I did, this would be avoided. I shall take my custom elsewhere now. Not handled well at all! If you can't provide what is needed to shop there, you don't deserve the custom!
Great store. Friendly staff. Often busy at times and can have long till queues however with friendly staff on the tills and decent prices, it levels it all out
Great B&M store in Coalville shopping area. The store is clean and most shelves were full.nnLots of gorgeous Christmas trees, lights and decorations, which is so lovely to see. Also lots of great Christmas presents at super prices.nnStore sells almost everything; from food, drinks & snacks, household items, pet food & stuffs, drinks, toys, DIY items, garden supplies, lightings, curtains & blinds, kitchen appliances & utensils, and more. Great bargain prices on most items and lots of special deals.nnStaffs are so nice, friendly & helpful.nnFree parking space in the shopping area, including disabled, children & parents parking spaces, I believe it has no time limit at the moment.
lovely staff and great products . Hedgehog house just £15 and now have a hedgehog sleeping in it !! With lots of great other products too
Robbed again, will I ever learn !‍I could kick myself for going back !!!nplease check your receipts before you leave the store !!! Double charged again it's a good way to cover stock shortages !! The manager must be rubbing his hands every night
