Cables come in wrong colour and the customer service refused for free replacement! Very unprofessional customer service. Be aware of their website, they may "force" you to buy a colour you do not like!

Ordered and claims it was delivered but hasn’t been. Tracking is wrong. Seller won’t investigate. Just ignoring me.  STAY AWAY - Terrible customer service.  10 of us all chopped in to buy the cable, so the 9 other buyers will also be leaving their feedback too.

I was searching the web for XLR cables when I came across this site. Making sense of the options on what cable colours, collars and connectors I needed I placed my order thinking custom made cables would take some time to prepare, how wrong was I? Ordered on Thursday evening my leads were made and at my door by Saturday morning. Excellent quality fantastic service I recommend to anyone for peace of mind and quality plus outstanding price. Terrible customer service. very unprofessional. I purchased two looms advertised as "in stock" they were not in stock but I was offered an alternative which I accepted. After two weeks the order was cancelled with no correspondence what so ever from Custom Lynx. I had paid and was awaiting delivery. Not how you would be expected to be treated as a valued customer. I've spent a lot of money with Custom Lynx over the years running two recording studios. Not again. SHOP ELSEWHERE.

We've been having issues with the audio on our motorbikes satnav / intercom & needed a new 3.5mm lead. Searched online & there is a bewildering choice with conflicting reviews & enormously varying prices, but found Custom Lynx & thought I'd give them a go. Very good service & cable looks good quality & more importantly solved our audio problem. I don't mind paying for a decent quality product as buying cheap you end up with unreliable gear &  spending more in the end. I realise our application is not that usual but wanted to add a positive review to provide a balance to what seemed to be a sour grape review left by another customer.

Great team, very good price vs quality. I've used them for years and recommended them many times. They have always been really quick to respond and allow you to deliver projects at an excellent standard easily and cost efficiently. Cheers guys.

I needed a custom lead for my AKG headphones as the original was too short. These guys have a great selection of cable solutions for most applications and they use the best quality components to customise these for the end customer. They also stock multiple colours in some cables too!  The delivery was quick and the lead was perfect and packaged well. I developed a fault with the mini xlr jack and the release button didn't work so the cable was stuck in the headphones. I also found that my left and right headphone were working in reverse a previously unknown flaw in AKG design compared to other companies After contacting Dan at Custom Lynx, I sent my lead back and within the week it was repaired and returned! They have updated their wiring diagrams to reflect the audio design of AKG too, which just goes to show how they are committed to improvements all the time!  I have and will recommend these to anyone needing any kind of custom audio cable and will be returning to purchase more cables and accessories in the not too distant future! Customer service is second to none and the selection of options available is awesome!
