I had a very disappointing experience at the Argos store in Coalville. I purchased an Apple Pencil from there recently, but unfortunately it would not connect to my iPad at all. I already owned an older Apple Pencil that is exactly the same model, and that one connects perfectly to my iPad, so it’s clear that the new one I bought from Argos is faulty.nWhen I went back to the store to explain the issue and request a return or exchange, the staff refused to help and would not accept the return. I explained that I had another identical Apple Pencil that works fine with the same iPad, but they still refused to consider that the product might be defective.nFor such an expensive item, I expected much better customer service and at least a proper check or replacement. Instead, I was left with a product that doesn’t work and no support from the store.nVery disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying electronics from this Argos branch.
Ordered a fan for this crazy hot weather yesterday and i collected it today the lady who gave me order was polite and happy to help and was quickly served the store is clean and no wait time
Always have what I need it's quick and simple for most people the staff are always nice sometimes have a laugh they are polite and patient
Very friendly good atmospherenGood range of food, also has light bites
Half of the stuff I want is never in stock, so it's a pain if I need the item straight away.nnOften end up at Fosse Park Argos
