What a fantastic team..Steven Dove and Craig Richardson have been amazing.. they have been very supportive and their communication has been excellent. I had huge issues with my car which i hadn't bought from them and have helped me all the way to getting my car sorted...unfortunately the car wasn't worth repairing and I am now a very happy polo owner. Thanks to all the team...I LOVE my car x

Had a very good experience with this dealership. Would highly recommend. Luke was fantastic and went through every so clearly and so helpful. Lady on reception was lovely and friendly. Wish I lived closer so that I could come here every time!

Peter Cooper Chichester are excellent at selling cars but their back up customer service is poor in our experience. The other issue is when you call the garage there is never anyone available to take your call, you are promised call backs which this time happened 4 days later (I understand this is due to their system being down), however it's not a good enough excuse in my opinion. Great initial sales pitch that doesn't follow through in the year following your purchase!

(Never go to this garage)Terrible experience. Despite passing service and mot in October, the vw garage quoted 2000 pounds of work that needed doing to the car. We were told the car would not make another mot and it would be best to get rid of the car. They then tried to sell me a new car and obviously I wasn't interested and neither was the staff once they found out I didn't want to buy a new car. Lastly a number of warning lights and heater not working when we picked the car up. The garage said we had no proof the warning lights were not already on and said we had no proof the heating was working when we brought the car in. So they refused to take any responsibility for the faults with the car that they caused.
