We have just purchased our new car and were extremely impressed by the service we received. Rory was not pushy, like salesmen and women we have come across elsewhere. He was approachable and personable. Although keen to strike a deal, both Rory and Luke seemed fair. They seem to have just the right attitude when dealing with the customer and we would recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you!

Staff at Chichester branch are thieves. Rory Walsh never got back to me about a service deal I paid for in cash. He could not even remember he did not complete the purchase with me as he was busy. One look at the sales papers shows another signature. One of these people stuffed my cash into their pocket. Rory never investigated my complaint. BE Careful taking your business here. . Plus the manager agrees to everything as he's passing with no follow through.

GREAT place to choose a new car. The dealership is big, smart friendly and impressive. My wife and I chose a Karoq Edition on 25th Jan 2018, and the vehicle was handed over to us on 21 march 2018. We were very pleased with the spec we chose, as well as the number of extras we had ordered as well. There were a few niggles with the individual key personalisation option and we spent about two and a half hours on it before we finally worked out what to do. This task was not covered in the manual so was not very helpful at all. We were kept informed by sales executive Josh, who kept us updated towards the end of the process. The car has been faultless so far, although I have not had the opportunity to try all the features and functions. The Karoq feels much quieter and smoother than our old 2010 Yeti Elegance and we hope to have many happy miles together in the front seats. Thank you Josh for you kind and good service, and thank you also to the dealership manager for taking the time and effort to come over and meet us. THOROUGHLY RECOMMENDED

Thanks to all of the team at Azur in Chichester. We've just puchased our second vehicle from this garage, and as ever they were friendly, efficient and offered us a great deal. Thanks to Rory, Luke and the rest of the team. We will undoubtedly be back again when it is time to change cars.
