We currently encompass a 6 car showroom with a 35 pre-owned vehicle display area, a large fleet department, a 9 bay workshop and an Express Factors parts business, which supplies customers throughout the south of England. We are proud to be one of the retailers selected as an accredited Jaguar-R Performance Centre, enabling us to showcase and supply the most exciting and dynamic of Jaguar products. In addition, our service department is also an accredited Land Rover Service Centre. We employ over 90 people, many of whom have been with us for in excess of 15 years."

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! TERRIBLE!! NO STARS!! Terrible experience from this place. Constant lies and terrible customer service. Had 3 litres of water in the boot with damaged electrics, was told on first visit that their experienced technicians had looked for hours but couldn't find a leak. Second visit was told that the leak had been found within 30mins and it's a common problem! 50mm of sealant and two new plastic vents - £466, on top of the £2500 for the damaged electrics. Third visit, to get the work done, price had gone up to £3600, when i complained and said what the hell is going on, the lady reduced it instantly back to £3K and said 'we can do it for that'!! Every visit was painful. The car at one point was returned to me with the boot completely empty shell with all wiring and battery etc exposed and our belongings left on the workshop floor for the weekend. It was just a terrible experience. I felt ripped off and lied to. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Another person came in whilst i was in there, complaining about all the same sort of things. I wasn't surprised by that point. We had all the face to face 'I'm going to call you and make this right' but nothing came of it. They will tell you want they want you to hear and rip you off. BE WARNED. Don't bother responding to this Harwoods, I'm hoping to never deal with you again.
I can only praise the service I received today from Harwoods Jaguar Chichester. As agreed they collected my F type at 9am and returned it at 4pm, serviced, valeted, and minor problems sorted, and in hand. Well done to all the Guys at Chichester
Really impressed with the service we received from Jake. He gave excellent purchase advice advice for our new car as well as valuable sales advice for our old car. The quality of after sale service was particularly impressive and really went above and beyond.
If I could put no stars I really would! No end of problems with this Garage! To begin with the receptionist Rebecca was rude and abrupt with us. Also her choice of conversation whilst sat on the main desk flirting with a gentleman whilst we stood there waiting was quite frankly inappropriate. However, we brought our car here as it was due a windscreen replacement due to a known fault by Land Rover. We were advised we could have it done so brought it over the next day for our car to be looked at and told that it needs a new windscreen… we already knew that and had brought it over for said windscreen. Waste of our time and money! When I told them that the car was leaking badly they went oh well. When I asked if a temporary measure could be done, I was told no and when asked for written documentation that it was leaking and damaging the car I was also told no. We rebooked to have the windscreen changed and were advised that we would be called as soon as it was done. That didn’t happen either. Rebecca’s words were - oh well - great customer service! although only a minor issue it isn’t overly helpful when you are trying to catch a ferry. Awful garage and wouldn’t buy a car from this garage ever! AVOID!
I bought a motor a Jaguar. I saw a car at Harwoods Chichester an XE. I made an appointment 13.30 the following day. Arrived a bit early a sales executive came from the showroom and introduced himself as Jake Linfield, asked if I was here for the XE. I said yes and we went to look at the vehicle very nice well presented. Next was an appraisal of my PX, while this took place we where treated to coffee and biscuits. Sitting in the showroom I felt that I was a customer with the same level of service regardless of how much I was spending. Jake came back with a price for my PX that I accepted and after a test drive I decided I to purchase the XE. Then came all the boring paperwork with much banter, I also asked if the vehicle could be delivered end of month. Jake said that was not a problem. We left the showroom with Jake and a manager at the door, felt like royalty. Car has been delivered by Trevor all good, Jake has kept me updated and if I have a problem to call him. This has been one of my best car buying experiences, and I have bought a few. Well done Jake and team Harwood Thanks DOG.
EDITED, 09/09/22 I left the review below three weeks ago, and received a reply with a customer service email address. I have sent two emails to the customer service with the details of the problem as per their request and they have not responded. Clearly they are not interested in customer service at all and the replies are just for show. Wow! Just wow! A customer of ours has just taken his car in to have a tyre pressure monitor changed after one went faulty. The bill has just come through and it was absolutely astronomical, to the point of being embarrassing. I've just called to query it with Martin Young in the service department thinking it was a mistake, and I have never been spoken to with such arrogance in my life, he virtually put the phone down on me for daring to query it! Normally I always try to only leave positive reviews for companies and anything negative I like to resolve directly, but not in this case, this is a whole new level of rudeness for me. AVOID. There are plenty of independent Jaguar specialists out there, don't use these main dealers. Shocking.
My Jaguar XF had developed a problem with the gearbox which was then recovered to Harwoods, they helped me as best as they could considering I didn't purchase my Jag from here, but the level of service I received I felt like I had been a lifelong customer. The whole dealership was gearing up for Black Friday hence nearly the whole Jaguar range in black was installed in the show room my favourite being the XJ front and centre.

Harwoods Chichester is efficient, professional and always welcoming. Have used this garage for last 3 years and find that my car is always booked in promptly, the service is friendly and they make a fuss of my little one with hot chocolate etc. Martin and Rebecca go above and beyond. Won’t take my car anywhere else
I called Harwoods in a bit of a state as I had rather daftly put screen wash into the ad blue tank of my F pace. Martin suggested I came into the dealership straight away so he could have a look and see if the tank would need draining. He was so understanding and couldn't have been more helpful. Not only did he top up the ad blue, he sorted out the openers on the bonnet, which had been sticking. I left having been so well looked after. Couldn't recommend them more highly! Professional, friendly and efficient.
