Absolutely superb service & best price within a 100 miles that included 12 warranty & MOT! Professional, no pressure & honest advice and brilliant post sale customer service. They even collected me from the ferry because I was without a car, thank you very much Lloyd & everyone at Frosts.

I wish I had gone to Frosts in Chichester first and not wasted my time in the other garages, I felt completely at ease and was well looked after. The whole experience was stress free, relaxed and fun thanks to Sam. His knowledge was superb and answered all of my many questions, sorted out all the car finance and the result was affordable and even under my budget! Can’t believe I changed my car in under a week! The bouquet of flowers to go with my new car was also a lovely surprise, thank you Sam Foster and Frosts.

This garage is a shambles. The attitude of certain members of staff is completely unacceptable. They tried to charge me for work I had not authorised and I hope I never need to use this garage again. If the manager would like to know more of my experience, I would be happy to discuss this. Please comment

Amazing customer service from the Chichester branch, Lloyd made the whole process stress free, I didn't feel pressured in anyway like you do at some garages. Even got a beautiful punch of flowers when I collected my new car. Would recommend them to friends and family.
