Great car and even better service, served by Harry Cooper. The salesman went out of his way to ensure all my needs as the customer were met, alongside complete knowledge of the car/others services. However, now Harry has left the company, I would most probably shop elsewhere, as his knowledge and exceptional customer service was the reason I chose this particular branch/car.

On Monday morning my vehicle had developed a fault and went in to limp mode. Reading the manual it informed me to have it checked by a properly trained technician. As I was in Chichester I popped in to Henry Ford. I was told at reception that I would have to wait until Friday to get it checked out. I just feel that's a long time to wait to have diagnostic preformed. I don't even know if I can drive my vehicle safely. I know everyone is busy but I would of appreciated 5 mins just to find out the issue then I could book it in for Friday to get the issues resolved.

Horrendous customer service received from Richard, their business manager. He tried to oversell a car and when called to ask if there was any room in negotiating the price he laughed at us and was mocking, rude, patronising and lacked people skills. Not much of a manager especially if he teaches his staff to learn from his example! Bought my Astra from a proper Vauxhall dealer and received fantastic customer service. Maybe you should learn a thing or two, Hendy, from your competitors! Avoid at all costs!

Recently brought a car from Hendy Ford the sales reperestive sam couldn’t be more helpful was very thorough and went through every step with of the deal with me so happy with my new car and was very pleased with the service that was provided will defiantly recommend Hendy Ford and the team
