In 2008, a fully dedicated Aston Martin centre was developed at the current site in Terminus Road, encompassing a five new car showroom and seven pre-owned display. We operate with a small, dedicated sales and aftersales team of around twenty employees. Ben Rowlatt was excellent from start to finish. I was honest when I visited the showroom and said the car was well over my budget and probably wasn't going to buy it. Ben wasn't phased and said just to try it and see what I thought. The test drive was amazing and I knew this was the car I wanted if we could make the numbers work. Ben's approach was very calm and non-pressured. Every question I had he was able to give me a really detailed and relevant answer. His knowledge of the car and the brand was extremely good. He spent a fair bit of time with me, back and forward with the finance team trying piece together a workable solution. Despite still being over my budget, I was sold on the car, Ben and the whole experience and went ahead with the purchase. In the days since, Ben has been in touch to see how it's going and also helped me set up the tracker. He even offered to drop the weather cover off at my house to save me the trip. The 5-years free servicing and extensive aftercare solutions has left me feeling like I have made a sound purchase for my enjoyment. One very happy customer and would totally recommend Ben and Aston Martin.
My 1st time purchasing an Aston Martin and while I had high expectations, I was delighted with the purchasing experience. Ben Rowlatt was my point of contact at the dealership and found him very attentive. All queries answered professionally and promptly, Ben was very happy to go the extra mile to help. Given this was a significance outlay it was important that I had the confidence and trust that should I have any questions or issues, Ben would be be on point to help. He is a polite and diligent sales person and was a pleasure doing business with.
Exemplary service from Ben Rowlatt in the sales team. From the initial test drives, through to the delivery, the attention and passion to ensure that the car was perfect for me was the priority. Excellent communication throughout the process. I collected my stunning new DB11 yesterday in glorious sunshine, one very happy customer. I cannot recommend the team at Harwoods highly enough.
What a superb customer experience provided by Richard, prior to, during and after our purchase. We are absolutly thrilled with our new car and it was a lovely touch to receive an additional gift when collecting our car. We received a follow up 'thank you' video from Richard later that day and a call the following day just to check that all was well. Many thanks Richard and Ben!

Absolute exceptional service from my experience at Aston Martin Chichester. Ben helped assist me from start to finish and beyond. I have now bought 2 Aston Martin's at the Chichester branch and I could not recommend them enough to any potential buyer. they are extremely helpful and Richard goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Fantastic business, and a great team at the branch.
I initially saw a Mercedes CLA45s a few months ago but I was working away. Ben Rowlatt got in contact and made a lot of effort to show me the car and keep checking in whilst I was working away. By the time I came back to the U.K. the car had gone however I went it to meet Ben after his excellent customer car and by chance they had an M5 Comp. Ben’s customer care is excellent and he is a genuinely nice, down to earth man. Don’t let the Aston Martins outside put you off from walking in the show room. They have other cars and will take all the time to walk you through them.
