Recently got a MG ZS from them, great service from the team especially Alan who was my point of contact. But of a delay getting the car due to world shortage of chips but was kept updated through the process. First MG I’ve had and so far so good!

Thank you to Perkins Garage for making the first service of my MG3 so easy. I was greeted politely and efficiently, it was completed on time and returned cleaned and vacuumed. I also received a video showing me excerpts of the inspection carried out. I really appreciate the care and efficiency.

Just had our 2 year service done.  Cannot fault them. Very friendly, already had the paperwork ready when I walked in. No recalls software upgrades needed. Offer a drink while I waiting. Even informed me when they unplugged the tracker from the ODB port.  Booked my next service already for November 2023.

Purchased my MG ZS EV in July and booked in for a service and MOT. Can't fault the service and efficientency of this garage. Speedy service and even offered to make me a hot drink. Very professional outfit and would highly recommend.

Second time using MG Perkins. Dan was our point of contact. Kept me updated throughout when delays crept up. Great service and really pleased with the car.

We bought both our car here and they have serviced them since. We've always had a good experience here, very friendly, extremely helpful and always do a good job.

Taken car in for warranty  issue Was told by a shirty woman it wasn't covered  under warranty  because  we had a car serviced 3 months  after should have been on the first service And we took it to a local MG dealer, not Perkins Explained  it was covid shutdown at the time, and my local MG garage was closed for 2 months She then said we were open So why not contact me then ? You sold me the car  Car is only 3 years old and has only done 16.000 miles  to date First service says 12 months or 15.000 miles  In the end, after over 2 weeks sending email after amail, MG said we were covered, and they  begrudgingly  it felt like they replaced the faulty part  IF YOU OWN A MG YOU HAVE TO HAVE IT SERVICED  EVERY 12 MONTHS REGARDLESS OF MILEAGE  PITY PERKINS  DID NOT SAY THIS WHEN THE SOLD ME THE CAR

Just had my 3rd service and first MOT.very pleased with all the staff very helpful paperwork is always ready

Great service. Friendly staff. Nice clean car when I picked it up.

We are delighted with everything from collecting to the return of the vehicle. It looked like it had just come off the production line.
