We’ve bought two used cars recently from ford lookers braintree and the service has been excellent. Ricky in the sales team provided exceptional customer service to us on both occasions and nothing was too much trouble. His attention to detail was excellent. We were always welcomed with a hot drink and never felt rushed. A stress free experience for the purchase of both our vehicles. Would highly recommend.
I've used Lookers at Braintree for all my service needs for the past 4 years. I pay into a monthly service/Mot plan which makes life so much easier. The reception staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I usually leave the car there and return when called but this year I waited. I relaxed for 3 hours while being kept updated on how the service was progressing. The car was also given a courtesy wash and vacuum. I was offered drinks and advised re maintenance. I would definitely recommend Lookers at Braintree.
The service I received from this car dealership was fantastic. Grant made the whole process so easy and helped me feel at ease when purchasing my new car. He explained everything really well and I didn’t feel any pressure. From start to finish, the sale was very relaxed and I am so happy with my car! Thank you so much.
Excellent customer care from Ricky, from start to finish. He kept me informed of delivery, which arrived quicker than expected, answered all questions honestly, he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly, as were all the team. I previously bought my last car from here and again, this time did not disappoint either. The service and help I received from Jamie was excellent and I cannot fault him. He explained everything in detail throughout and put confidence in him and the car as I travelled quite a distance to purchase. Quick and easy process and would highly recommend. He also sorted out a minor issue with the car before we drove it away with no hassle.
Great first experience with Lookers Ford, Braintree! I had the lovely Grant and Ollie assist me with part exchanging my previous vehicle for something a little more suitable for my needs and i am so so happy with my purchase! They were both always happy to help and answer any question I had which was alot as this was my first ever part exchange of which they made super easy for me. Would 100% recommend to anyone!
I bought my Ford Kuga from GrantRichardson last week. I am absolutely delighted with both my car and the service I received from Grant. I took my car in for MOT which unfortunately failed and was too late in the day to repair. However, they did book it in within a day. The car was repaired and passed nice and early and I got a very pleasant shock when presented with the bill which was a lot less than I expected. The customer service from booking in to collecting was excellent.
Took my Jag into be looked at for drive belts to be done and really impressed by the price quoted and for fords doing the work I expected another more turns out was cheaper going to a main dealer than a general garage that quoted more for less. Il update the reviews in a few days upon final result when I've got my car back and checked all the works have been completed as agreed
I’m very satisfied with a great job Grant and his manager Oli. Great team all round at this garage. Very helpful throughout the whole process from the beginning finding the car until delivering to my doorstep. Very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend the people from this garage.
