The whole experience of purchasing my used car was a positive one. Joe was attentive all the way through the process. After sales 100% happy with too even though only had car since Friday. Had some questions that have been quickly dealt with again by Joe to my complete satisfaction.
Purchased a car from Russell last March. What a gent and pretty well hassle free despite having to go through all the usual paperwork. Touch wood the car's been good too. Car was polished and cleaned very well despite being delivered when it had snowed ha ha. It hoses off nicely. Yes, good place to go no pressure to sell all the extras that garages are obliged to tell you about. I'm very happy with the service provided
I had a really good experience buying my used car from Quest Motors. They were accommodating and communication was faultless. The car was due a major service and it was done by their garage before collection; I’ve now had the car for 6 months now with no issues, thankfully.
Absolutely appalling experience with this dealership. Helped my autistic brother purchase a 2015 Citroen DS3 for £7k about a year ago, believing it to be in good condition. However, the car turned out to be a nightmare from day one. Despite being assured it was lightly used in London, it had a laundry list of problems. including a leaking windscreen and rear windscreenand subsequent electrical problems. Despite some warranty coverage, the car continued to have problems, including a costly MOT totaling £600. The MOT revealed several issues: Overdue major service. Brake fluid change. All four corroded alloys with lacquer coming off. Worn rear tires on inner edges due to incorrect wheel alignment. Worn and corroded both front and rear brake discs. Corroded chassis all over. A malfunctioning gearbox, with advisories to replace the clutch and gearbox soon. All within 4k miles of purchase. None of which was picked up on the MOT and “multipoint check”, which didn’t even notice a missing brake bulb, before purcahse. Not to mention Prior to purchase, we were informed that the cambelt needed replacing. We then informed them that we would not purchase the car if this were the case. However, the dealer initially offered to replace it for £100. The following day, the offer was retracted, with the explanation that mechanics had determined it did not need replacing. Lo and behold, it does. Very scummy sales tactic to use on a very obviously vulnerable person. Will not be returning…
I found Quest Motor Group amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond expectations. I dealt with Paul Chitty who was exceptional and it was a great pleasure dealing with a down to earth and honest company. I would highly recommend
After an entirely awful experience with another local dealer, I contacted Darren at quest. From start to finish the entire process was a pleasure. I test drove my Vitara on the Tuesday and explained I’d need to drive away quickly. Darren arranged scrappage of my trade in, dealt with the finance company and had the car fully valeted with mats ready to collect on the Wednesday evening. A courtesy call to follow up how the car was, was a really nice treat. So was the Christmas email and the letter sent out to thank me for my custom. I’ve never dealt with such a professional car dealership before and trust them 100% that should I need to use my warranty I will have no problems. They also emailed me 12 months free AA membership. I spoke to all members of the Suzuki sales team and found them all absolutely fantastic. Thanks guys
Bought a BMW 5 Series a few months back. Had a problem with it, but got it resolved straight away no hassle, and a courtesy car for the time it was in the workshop. Darren who was the guy who sold me the car couldn’t have been more helpful! Not pushy, left me to make my own decision. Got a great part exchange evaluation on my car as well! Would definitely buy a car from Quest again and would recommend to anyone else!
I have nothing but good things to say about the Braintree branch of Quest Motor group. I was looked after very well and had everything explained clearly. Special mention for Anton who made the whole process very straight forward and easy - I was not looking forward to the search for a new car. He is personable and friendly.
The service they provided was fine however on collevtion it the delivery driver contacted me and sent photos showing that my car door was scratched while in their garage and no one is taking responsibility. Despite the sceatched clearly being fresh, they're claiming it must've been done before the car arrived. My car was not scratched before it arrived
Geoff, Gavin and the guys at Quest Motors used cars go above and beyond. Great after care service and nothing is any problem for them. Thankyou so much, I cant believe it is coming upto 1yr when I first used your services. I would highly recommend them
