Bought a van end of November and promised the earth- didn’t happen- terrible experience, paid £676 for a warranty- not received or registered, paid for road tax- not received on van, fined £150 for having no road tax and passed it on to Braintree van sales - guess what, not paid. So more or less done me for a thousand pounds, hopefully the county court will be able to sort this out. Would definitely look somewhere else for a van first before you try these jokers.

Ant in the office has been very helpful, top service and I'm very happy I bought from this dealership. I would definitely buy from them again in the future for a quality used van. Any issues and there rectified A.S.A.P

Terrible experience. Called these guys on Thursday to arrange a test drive for Saturday. No problems they said.  I called them up this morning Saturday 27/01 to make sure that the car is still available. It took 5 attempts over 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone but eventually someone answered and said yes it's still available. I told them I'm coming 125 miles away see you in a couple of hours.  I got there and the place was closed and borded up. Rang up again and explained. They said they have two sites he'll send someone down. Not once was it mentioned that they have two different places.  While I was waiting another customer was there unaware that there was two places.  So I wait for about 20 minutes and someone not from this country pulls up in a van wearing dirty tracky bottoms and a dirty hi vis coat looking like a tramp. Didn't even say hello just opened the shutter and handed me the key to the car.  I squeezed myself in as the car was parked tight next to two vans and on trying to start up it just kept chugging away and would not start. There was no bars on the fuel gauge and a message on the dash saying soot filter full and service required.  Wasted my time and money on diesel on a 250 mile round trip.  I was prepared to hand over money today.  This is such and unprofessional dealership that you should all stay away from.

Poor service, numerous issues. Van okay but the V5 wasn't initially completed and then it was completed incorrectly. We had to pester for the second key to be provided. No service book or service history was provided despite repeated requests. If you are having issues with them you can contact the AA Dealer Promise.

Recently bought a car from here and don't get me wrong there were some unexpected hiccups along the way, that got sorted but all in all Ant is a really down to earth guy and so far the cars amazing and runs as expected.

Excellent service from BVC Brought a mercedes sprinter 67 plate from them  needed some work doing ie couple of dents and a service. Part exchanged my transit gave me a good price for it. Mercedes was priced right unlike other dealers over charging because they are ULEZ compliant. Would recommend

FIRST CLASS Purchased my first van from Braintree van sales. From the beginning we arrived you just knew this was going to be a good experience as there was a nice vibe with Ant and Tom the sales team! Absolutely spot on with everything. The van was exactly what it was described on the website at a very reasonable price. The deal was done within the hour and was even arranged to be dropped at my home address within a few days all clean full year MOT and a warranty and even went the extra miles for a few other bits we asked for to bling the van up! Thanks again to Ant and Tom we will definitely be coming back to you guys for our next van

Great all round service! Communication has been amazing. Since enquiring and then buying the vehicle Tom has been updating us with information and being sure the van is perfect before taking it away! The company are very thorough to ensure the van is in great condition. We have been to loads of garages searching for vans and none compare to the customer care we have received here. Highly recommend. Thank you Tom for all your support!

No consideration for anyone around them they park their vans half on the path half on the road opposite Lidl car park which makes it very dangerous getting in and out of lidl's car park plus people cannot get past with prams in wheelchairs or mobility they block the path with their van next to lamp post. They have been asked by many people to not park there but they just ignore everyone with this attitude I would never consider buying from them

I came up from Devon with my own Luton, gave them a very price. Did the deal, was told it was serviced it wasn't, also told it was under warranty for six, 2 injectors went. The salesman told I was only covered for £250verbal agreement.Be very careful buying anything from this company, as you can see they haven't got a very good rating.
