The guys at Jim Aim have been amazing! Planned on ordering a full Akra through Jim Aim as I saw they had the most options on the site. Gave them a ring as I wasn't sure which specific kit I needed since I have a 2016 SD. Half an hour later I had all the answers courtesy of Ian who was a pleasure to speak to and was more than happy to email me through all the details. A week later the kit has been delivered to me exactly when they predicted and in the condition they promised, It was quality checked before being sent to me and they even gave me a call to let me know they were sending it and make sure someone would be home to accept it! Overnight next day delivery too! After my experience with Jim Aim I can happily recommend them to anyone who is a part of the biker community. Incredible service from start to finish!
Just picked up our 125,what a fantastic service we got.Nothing was too much trouble,they really went above and beyond to look after us. These guys are the best around at what they do,we would never go anywhere else. Thanks Jim aim for your continued support over the years.
Absolutely fantastic customer service from start to finish. Ian was super knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me to the right parts for my 18k service 1190 Adv. Parcel arrived in quick time and an anomaly was rectified immediately. I can't recommend this company highly enough and they'll be my only point of contact for KTM parts from now on.
I am so pleased I have found this shop, I had lost faith with others They know their KTM’s. They have sorted my SMCR 690 out 100% where I’d pretty much given up. Jim Aim bikes is certainly the best around in my opinion, not the cheapest but you get what you pay for… Thank you Mark for sorting all the problems other dealers have caused. I will never go anywhere else…..
Great service in arranging test rides on the KTM models I was interested in - new 1290R ordered as a result! The good service has continued for the bikes maintenance since purchase and I would happily recommend Jim Aim Motorcycles
Always top quality parts, Jamie on the phone is amazing guy if you need any help finding parts, friendly, sort you out with whatever you need motocross/ enduro wise. Also next day delivery is a lifesaver for about £5/6 free If you don’t mind waiting an extra day shipping 2-3 days max anyway Used many times, will use again
I've been coming back to Jim Aim Motorcycles for many years now for parts, their Fiche system is the best i've found on the internet and their website is reliable, i normally build up a basket on my phone while i'm doing a service and then checkout when i'm done, it's very convenient which to me is worth its weight in gold. Prices are consistently lower than comparable part suppliers and Jamie has been very helpful a couple of time with some after sales advice on parts and their fitment, cheers Jamie. I have absolutely no reason to shop anywhere else for parts and i've recommended Jim Aim to guys at work and at bike meetings.
This is a good bike shop with enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff. Parts department is well stocked and Ian is a Diamond Geezer !
Went to pickup some parts for my bike I have found in their online shop. I was stunned by amazing display of bikes, motorcycle gear and all sorts of KTM related memorabilia. I had few questions about the bike and service person took time to speak to me and explain everything I asked for. Such a great and professional approach made my experience of the place unique and should be praised. You feel you are special client with all attention you require, does not matter if you buying or just watching. I will definitely come back not only to service my bike but get some of the items which catch my eye. Amazing Christmas tree decoration was cherry on top.
