Excellent service again from David this morning when I had two bikes MOT’d. Friendly, helpful and would not hesitate to recommend. The way a ‘local’ bike shop should be.
Very friendly, honest, and patient staff. I failed my MOT I knew I would but he talked me through everything he was doing on the MOT and why, also recommended some good places I could get parts and gave me some advice as I'm not that knowledgable on bikes. Went out of their way to help me with some issues I was having with ratchet straps that I had tightened too much after leaving the shop, and also allowed me to charge my phone there so that I could get home safely. Would absolutely use these guys again. Edit: Almost forgot to add, I called ahead to let them know I would be late and they allowed me to take the next slot 30 minutes later, which I greatly appreciated, as traffic was terrible and I was travelling from quite far away.
really bad service it was a £40 fix he charges £54 an hour and cost me £230 as i was young and didn’t know about bikes never go to him a scam!!!!!
Great people , absolutely brilliant service changed my chain , mini service and a degrease bike is like new again.
There were some delays in getting my service, MOT and new tyres done. We had a sensible conversation. I expressed my frustration, and they were very apologetic. That’s all I can ask for. Good bike mechanics.

The service here is really good and the prices are fair. Plus the guys seem happy to give advice and explain things whilst they work.
Had to bring my bike here after dropping it. The parts needed for the bike were apparently a pain to get hold of so it took longer than expected, but these guys got the right parts ordered and fitted so I'm glad they did that rather than use other parts. Also had some scuff marks the guys managed to get out and polish up very well. All for reasonable price I'd say too. Hopefully I won't be back too soon but if I drop it again at least I know where to come and I'd definitely recommend these guys to anyone else.
I've had all services and any adjustments to my bike at Searings, the guys do a fantastic job everytime and are always happy to help, I would recommend them over anyone.
