We visited the Peels Arms as we were quite near by. We have visited several times before and have found it a good old fashioned type of pub. The meals are of good quality and having tried their home made Brockelie soup I can recommend it. Only one minor complaint.. I requested no salad with my meal..but got it anyway!.

First class lunch. Went with group of walkers for lunch. We all had the mid week two course lunch. It was exceptional, very well presented. Veg served separately in lovely hot dishes. Everything hot and tasty. Thank you.

Absolutely love this place. The accommodation is clean, warm and comfortable. The food is a high standard but the hospitality is the best. Can't recommend it enough.

Another fabulous meal at the Peels! Roast turkey and all the trimmings followed by apple crumble and custard. They were very busy but the order arrived quickly and served beautifully by the attentive staff. See you soon xxxx

Staff very friendly and a good selection of food and drinks. My son really enjoyed the challenge of climbing through the 'Hole in the wall', fortunately for me I'm to big to attempt it😁
