Great place, with friendly staff. This cinema is not for you if your looking for a state of the art, up to date, lavish cinema! You will find those in the West end for treble the price. If your happy to just sit down in front of a large screen and watch the latest films for the bargain price of £5, yes you heard right, £5,then this is the cinema for you. It's £6 for 3D films. Perfect 👍🏽!!!

The only cinema I feel guilty smuggling popcorn into. It's incredible. What makes it incredible is that I can literally afford to go to Peckhamplex. Probably could go every day. But I'm not that into films. So I go every month or so. A quick word of warning: All the local pound shops have recently stopped selling popcorn.

I use this cinema almost weekly, it is an incredible bargain at £4.99 per ticket. The screens are large, clean and have a good sound and visual quality. The only downside is that the low price means it is incredibly busy at times, and the queues on a weekend, even for those who have booked tickets, can at times mean you are late for your screening. They are also very strict on taking in your own drinks or food and do check bags.

Love going there with my family to watch various movies. Inside the people are nice and welcoming and the big screen....is big. However my only concern, which is a small one is the floor being dirty and sometimes having a small quantity of food, on the floor which people step on which isn't good at all. On the positive side, everything is really good. The toilets are clean (for the men's toilet) and the price for the tickets is reasonable, as it isn't too expensive like some cinemas and it isn't too cheap which I'll be glad if it was.

Going to the Peckhamplex isn't just going to the cinema. It's being part of history, it's enjoying the architecture, the amazing atmosphere, the whole experience. If you want massive screens and modern sound technology, try a chain, but for excitement when the lights dim, this is the place. It's fairly empty midweek daytimes as you'd expect, but heaving on a Friday night, when you're better to buy tickets online and get in the fast queue to get in. Oh and did I mention tickets are a fiver? Bargain.
