Great cinema, friendly staff, cafe and garden areas is nice, you don't get that in the average cinema, makes the experience feel unique.nCinema snacks are a bit pricey, but I guess that's to be expected.nnMemberships seem to be a good option if regularly attending. Sofa seats at the back are comfortable, and toilets seem very clean. The location is great with nearby bus stops and shops.
First trip to East Dulwich Picturehouse after the sad closure of the wonderful Bromley Picturehouse. The actual screen at this cinema was nice, but the staff on the kiosk were so unfriendly and I felt unwelcome. Even my son commented on this and I had even said it was out first visit there, so you would think staff would be friendly but they weren't. Disappointing. Sing Sing the film was excellent however.
a lovely local theater showing all the newest films. comfortable seats, and they serve popcorn, candy & wine/coffee/drinksnnthey even have a little cafe indoors with wifi!
Feels incredible to be back at the cinema. Very well organised, beautiful cinema on the high street in East Dulwich, a brilliant vibrant area in SE and a must go area if not been already.nnThe cinema itself didn't disappoint, all picturehouses we have been to have been great to be fair. What we liked most about this one was the set up, the feel as you walk in and what we love about these cinemas you feel like your going into a cinema theatre and looking forward to the experience.nnChoice of drinks was ace and popcorn was lovely!nnThe film we saw was 'The father' wow a solid film, highly recommend.nnWe give it A*****nnLDT x
Lovely building with a sense of a proper community cinema. Nice seats and super helpful staff. Cheap tickets on Mondays!
