Admitted for right hip total replacement on 29/1/23. From going in at 7am to leaving at 5.45pm the next day I received first class treatment My thanks go to consultant Mr Vashista and his team who carried out the operation in a very professional and caring manner. Thanks also to the staff on the ward from cleaners, kitchen staff, nurses, doctors and reception. They all made me feel safe and secure. I would, however, like to give a special mention to nurse Samantha Allen. In my opinion she went above and beyond in making my stay the best possible. She answered any of my questions fully and in terms which were easy for me to understand. Nothing was too much trouble. She is a credit to Park Hill and her profession! I would highly recommend Park Hill to anyone seeking top quality medical services.
Just want to say a big thank you to all the staff here at Park Hill. Had foot surgery on the 17 October 2022 and these guys were brilliant. I was very very nervous and anxious as this was my first operation in my life, from the lady at reception to the nurses, the anesthetist,Mohamed who took me down to theatre and Mr Wilkinson was very understanding and patient with me and explained and answered any concerns I had. These guys do a brilliant job thanks again
Knee replacement 20/1123 excellent care throughout from nurses to doctors and many more who were involved in my recovery. But have to say there were one nurse called Tammy who I must of frustrated more than one occasion, but was there when I needed it most. Thank you all.
I have just been a patient in this hospital. Would like to say a BIG thankyou to Mr Vashista & his magnificent team for the care provided for me. Can't praise all the staff enough. Nothing was too much trouble. After care was fabulous. Xx
I had a septo-rhinoplasty with Dr. Jack Lancer on 8/11/2022 and i love how it turned out he really did an amazing job,i can now breathe,for the first time in my life i don't wake up with my throat,mouth and tongue all drybroke my nose when i was about 10,im 33 nowi had a huge hump going up and sideways,the tip was bent to the left,it was a mess.He kept saying like it wont be perfect cus there is no perfect but i feel like it is perfect for me.Staff was really friendly always,loved how they knocked every time before coming in my room.I am really pleased with everything.Thank you Dr. Lancer for the amazing job you've done.If you want your nose done this is the man you want
Don't bother with trying to get a cardiology appointment. The secretary to the doctor who sees 4 people a week isn't even capable of sending you an email with the appointment date on. What a shambles. Its laughable. Can't send emails and her doctor sees 4 people a week. Lol
Private appointment at a cost of £200 to see Mr Gergis gynaecologist. Appointment time 9am. Assumed he was running late with patients, only to over hear receptionist say Mr Gergis has just arrived at 09.28. The receptionist then verified this when I went to the desk. No explanation before hand to let me know, which would have been the courteous thing to do. She said “oh He’s just arrived now” when I stressed my appt was 9am. That’s the point!!! It’s unacceptable to be left waiting. Paying £200 for a private appt but think it’s ok to leave you to wait 30 mins for no reason!!! Hence to say I left. I expect punctuality and some respect!!!
I thought going private would be easy and less stressful I was wrong. Went to see my consultant on the 19.11.21 that was great had a medical that was fine on the 7.01.22 went back to see the consultant for my operation date. Was promised a call back on the 10.01.22 to confirm everything and my date for the operation this as still not happened no further forward no communication from parkhill, tried several time to call parkhill trying to get to speak to someone is a real joke. My faith in them is very very poor not sure if I want to go forward with my operation as the service as been dreadful to say I'm paying over £2.500.
Just been dpa checked 4-5 times within 12 minutes by the same women just so I can book an appointment. Looking at the reviews no wonder no one can he though that’s crazy.
Absolutely disgusting service from this hospital!! No private treatment! I was in my appointment less than 10 mins. Was told consultant would call me with results at 11.30 and I am still waiting. Called hospital and was told I wasn’t even on the list!!! How can this be private treatment??!!!! I will never come here again!!!!
