Lots going on in this park with the water part, fairground rides, mini golf and playground equipment. All the equipment seems of a good standard not amazing but good. Some of the staff in the fairground do act like something from a Peter Kay sketch but in the end it's a cheap little fairground so it's no big deal. Plenty of spaces so loads of room for picnics, sports, etc. Playground: This place ain't shy on the old playground front. The main one is obviously the best one but there is a couple of smaller ones that are also good if you want it a bit quieter. Restrooms: The ones near the water part are not great but not disgusting.
Great park and facilities. Wide open spaces, nice flower beds and rock garden. Playgrounds, sand area, skate park, mini theme park for little ones, adventure golf. Splash park and Museum with cafe. + Roman ruins, land train. Pay for parking and rides.
This is a pleasant park with lots of interesting things to see. I particularly like the rock garden which is a peaceful little haven if you want a quiet moment to yourself. There is also a band stand, fountain, War memorial and plenty to keep children entertained as well.
We Love Clifton Park splash park it's amazing for children and adults alike we have so much fun. Toilets and chaining room available. Ice cream snack kiosk on site. Lots of places to put down a picnic blanket or set up folding chairs and it's free.
Great place with lots to do and a nice little walk to the museum or you can go on the land train. The downside is that the slash pool wasn't open when we visited and there was no signs to let anyone know so there was a lot of disappointed people and therr was some things missing from the play area.
Really enjoyable day out. Plenty to do for all ages. You can walk around the parwith your dog. Visit the museum for free - worth it. Mini golf for around £4 per adult. Small theme park. Lots of free play areas. Swimming area and changing rooms. A train which will take you around the park for £2 pp. Donkey rides Ice cream Cafe Burger van. Enough park space to set your chairs, picnic and cricket game for the full day. Parking charges apply but they are not too expensive. Will definately be visiting again!
Lovely large park in the center of the town. Well kept with a wide area to explore. The museum is wonderful too
Nice park. With plenty of activities for children of all ages. Been multiple times always a good experience. From a peaceful walk in autumn. To eating ice cream and the busyness of school holidays when the water feature is open. The "theme park" ride we're also good value with friendly and helpful staff.
Lovely little fair for the children with a crazy golf course plus 3 different age parks. We took a picnic but there is little guts were u can buy food plus a cafe up near the museum.
Our first visit - what an amazing park! Great setting, lots of facilities and most important it's perfect free space for kids and families
