Flying on the way back with little baby using meet and greet on bristol airport we found ourselves with no car as the phones numbers given not responded phoned the head office and the guys have been outstanding a specially the gentleman called I think Mike from the time they have been aware of the situation they did everything they could to help, on the end they have refunded all the expenses that we had to pay because of the situation, for this company you can tell that customer is number one, big thank you.

We booked via Park and Go - and the parking provider was Gatwick Valet Parking Company. Our vehicle came back with 5 scratches on the bumper. Liability was denied and whilst I have asked for the insurers to be appraised I have heard nothing further. The aftercare is the worst I have experienced. Altogether very unsatisfactory.

Update on previous review - we have been told by the company who we dealt with that "we are only covered for road risk only". Don't expect any joy if things go wrong.

Brilliant customer cervice, they will do everything and beyond to help! Super-nice people at well, used their services for over 10 years in different airports, worked as a clock!
