Easy to deal with, were able to pay off bit by bit through easy to use website. The villa we booked was exactly like the pictures, stunning. We rang a local agent for the property on arrival who spoke great English and was a pleasure to deal with. Great holiday.

We booked 2 villas this summer in the Miraflores Resort and in La Sierrezuela SP338 using Panoramic Villas. The booking experience was easy and also paying the deposit. Our low score however is based upon the Sierrezuela villa description shown on the web site. It was completely misleading meaning that a 5 bed villa was in fact no more than a 3 bed. Add to this that we also had to wait over a month for our deposit to be returned. We have spoken to Andy Lea the owner of Panoramic Villas about this and he confirmed that the description is supplied by the owner. This is completely at odds to the "Trusted and Verified" boast the web site states. By all means use the site but take villa descriptions with a large pinch of salt.

My wife and I used Panoramic Villas for a holiday to Spain in August, 2014. We had a great experience and a great holiday. Everything was taken care of, all we had to do was show up. We would definitely use them again should we decide to go this route again for a holiday.
