Disgusting. Went in to view some earrings I wanted. Waited for 10mins and was completely blanked. There was a queue outside and they were seeing to those customers before me. May as well have been invisible. I don't fit the narrative as I am am not 20, have no false eyelashes and am not spray tanned
Me and my mother in law visited the store and was served by a lovely lady called becca couldn’t be more happier never felt rushed when looking at the rings and after going through each and every single one we finally walked out with the handful of rings that we wanted and couldn’t of be happier we couldn’t of been more grateful for all the help becca gave us when looking and helping us thank you very much.
I visited your store in the Red Mall at MetroCentre; I was greeted by a lovely young lady by the name of Zara her customer service was amazing. She was very pleasant and went the “extra mile” for me. Thank you Zara. If I had been in a capacity of a Mystery Shopper she would have received 100% she was smiling dressed well and in my opinion she is a credit to Pandora. Yours sincerely Molly Dickson
Staff are ignorant and need to be aware that customers are quietly waiting to be served. Clearly today I must have invisible when looking to make my purchase. Not once was I asked if I needed any help. They chose to served people who had come into the shop after me.
Having visited the store to return an item previously repaired and then broken again I was disappointed at the lack of courtesy shown to me by Charlotte. Whilst talking to her to discuss the issue she turned her back and walked away, not only abrupt when she advised me the item was out of its 2 year guarantee then disrespectful in not listening to my response. Had the item not been faulty I would not of been returning it! Another member of staff intervened - the item was replaced when Charlotte spoke to a manager on the telephone! Hence to say I won’t be returning.
Outstanding service from me entering the store to my departure. Was greeted by a warning Galib and felt welcomed and at ease. The choice of jewelry was outstanding and of a good variety. I was never pressured in to a purchase and having spent a short amount of time in the store I felt like I was family as the presence of Galib made me feel assured. My purchase was assured and of great satisfaction. A great store overall and would ensure I make a trip back soon.
Absolutely top notch service from Dawn the other day would highly recomend her as a great sales assistant to the shop. She was very welcoming and was too pushy which was a nice experience in comparison to the shop in my local area Harrogate. She was very good with socail interaction making us feel comfortable and relaxed whilst shopping with her which in turn made me want to buy more for my partner. Dawn seems to be very passionate about her job knowing which charms and bracelets you are talking about whth out you having to show her every time. She was great to chat to and was a massive help with picking the items out to buy for my partner. Would highly recomend Dawn to anyone and would like this to be seen by her manager as she deserves some praise for her efforts and work that where presented to me and my partner the other day. If I could put no stars I would I went in and asked if I could get a resize on my ring the staff was too lazy to resize it and she was so rude about it but the other Pandora shop in metro centre the staff were lovely but still not been able to get my ring for my partner resized !
Over the moon with the service. Dawn was a fantastic help and really friendly. Great Covid 19 safety measures in place. Watched all staff clean down their stations multiple times. 10/10!
