Very poor customer service received today 13/07/16, purchased 3 Pandora items last week 05/07/16 costing over £100, the charm is faulty, I asked for an exchange but item was out of stock, asked if replacement could be posted as live 30miles away told can do at my expense & told didn't know how long it would take for the order to arrive, requested refund & will purchase again when order arrives, told we don't give refunds. Assistant was more than useless, she couldn't have cared less. Really needs to be sent on a customer service course. However, she did contact Pandora Durham & they holding one for me but again it'll be my expense to go to Durham & pay for parking. I will never shop here again #furious
