Definitely worth a visit. I bought a 9ct bracelet for my son's 18 th birthday. And the bracelet was about 1500£. I looked at the display after 6 months and they had one identical one for sale but with a couple of cuff links more? I thought it was strange. Because I counted the amount of links on the belcher bracelet and mine was shorter. So I took it back and the owner quickly rectified the problem. The one I got was manufactured shorter and the displayed one was made longer. You can't imagine how happy I was with the aftermarket service they provided. Since then I bought a couple of gold rings and another bracelet for myself totalling 2500£. Will definitely get more customs from me.
I went to get my ears pierced at this store today and had a very unpleasant experience with two of the staff members. Prior to the piercing the woman asked if the placement of the dots on my ears were symmetrical and I said that one of the dots needed to be higher which she accepted and changed for me. However she did not allow me to see the repositioned dot before two of the staff pierced my ears simultaneously. Even after my ears were pierced they did not offer me to look in the mirror before leaving the store. After leaving the store I was able to check in a near-by mirror what my piercings looked like and was shocked at how uneven they were. I decided to return to the store to ask if they would re-pierce one of my ears for me. One of the staff members refused to accept that the piercings were uneven until another woman in the store agreed with me. Even then I did not receive an apology and was told it must've been my fault because I must've moved during the procedure. Eventually they offered to re-pierce one of my ears but it would be "at my own risk". I will not be returning to this store in the future.
staff are not particularly friendly here metro centre. I bought a pendant and the guy serving me was very distracted. we also bought a watch for my stepson which we returned as once outside the store found it had a price tag on at 39.99 which was a completely different watch to what we had chosen but similar and we had paid 89.99. on return visit there wasn't much in the way of an apology though they did exchange for correct one. also noticed staff were carelessly placing watches face down on glass counter which did slightly annoy me. wouldn't recommend. everyone seemed so fed up. there may be a reason but in a public facing role you have to present a positive image regardless. it was probably a genuine mistake but do be careful and check what you are buying!!
Recently had my ears pierced here and the staff were really friendly and helpful
i got here for all repair work for my necklaces they are great and prices are fair too
Excellent store and staff. Always have what I want and give good advice for gifts. Will be sad when it closes.
Just sold some old bits of gold I had lying around to this lovely little shop, I was so pleased with the amount of money I received
