Went in to buy a Tudor Ranger.  Staff were great and helpful.  All staff offered my wife and I a drink. coffee/wine/lager...etc  Bought a fantastic watch. Slick process.

I came in today with the intention of buying my first luxury watch hopefully of many.  I was greeted by Layla and James who were fantastic during the entire process.  I was offered my choices of refreshments and began looking at a few watches I was considering. They pulled all the options I was interested in out of display for me to try on. Nothing was a problem for them and they went above and beyond what I'd expect and also from what I received from other companies in the immediate vicinity.  I ended up choosing the tudor Pepsi, they processed it for me and fitted it and we're more than pleasant.  I will most definitely be buying my next watches from yourselves purely and simply because of the exemplary customer service skills of both Layla and James. Fantastic employees and invaluable to the branch. Thank you!

Greeted with a smile & offered drinkies prosecco for me coke for hubby what a treat. Selina promptly arrived, was amazingly helpful, very patient while we dithered in our choices, eventually settling on 4 items one of which Selina actually choose out of window cos we missed it, Selina also located our £50 voucher sent t old address. Fabulous service, cracking deals cannot beat it. Beaverbrook know how to wrap a gift as well, as they were all Christmas  gifts Selina patiently  boxed and wrapped each one. PERFECT.

Tremendous experience dealing with Heather and Charlotte. Made the whole experience very pleasant. Heather was incredibly helpful and listened to my needs and helped find the perfect watch. Came here with my brother today to buy a bracelet that went with his watch and we’re treated absolutely amazingly by Catherine, could not have asked for better service! She was polite, funny and actually listened to what we had to say. 10/10 quality service.

After what seemed weeks and weeks of browsing on-line for a new high end watch, it was time to visit Beaverbrooks at the Metro Centre to see the watches I had identified in my searches. You have to see a new watch in the flesh so to speak, so I was looking forward to this.  Walking into Beaverbrooks - always my preferred watch shop, I was greeted by a lovely smile from a lovely young lady - Imogen, who was to assist me from the viewing process right through to purchase.  I had identified 4 watches from different makers, and the young lady brought all 4 watches to me on the classic velvet tray for my viewing.  After examining all, one stood out and looked better in real life than any on line picture could reproduce. I must say throughout this process, I was offered refreshments from what seemed quite an extensive range of beverages!  At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision, and my young lady was absolutely superb in explaining just about every technical question I asked - very professional indeed. There was no fast talking mumbo-jumbo sales techniques - just a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with some really good banter!  I went for the TAG Heuer Carrera Sport Automatic Chronograph, with the whats almost the Jaguar Racing Green face. I had identified this watch during my searches, and by god what a stunning watch when you actually come to try it on.  I completed the purchase yesterday, as the watch had to be ordered in as I didn’t particularly want to buy the display watch. This process took only 2 days.  I cannot praise enough the young lady who assisted me - an absolute credit to the business, and couldn’t have helped me any more.  Thank you Imogen, and thank you Beaverbrooks - another very happy customer.
