Attended the premises on three occasions for a Rolex watch repair, the ladies in the shop were absolutely lovely, they couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. The communication was excellent and good value. We can’t thank you enough
Wouldn't recommend. Asian woman and another woman have no idea how to speak to people. Me and my mum walked in to buy a gold chain and they both stayed sitting down on their phones didn't bother getting up to us once, glancing over the top of their glasses. Asian woman with a high pitched squeaky voice kept bellowing are you okay at us??? 5 times while we were trying to look. We said yeah and asked where the gold chains were but they stayed sitting down with their phones in their hands and just told us there over there in a rude tone. Then carried on shouting at us while we were trying to look WERE WE OKAY. Not sure what made her think we weren't ok. So I said to her why do you keep asking if we are okay? No way would I spend any money in a shop that has staff like this. Sales skills absolutely nil. Awful women if I'm honest.
I sold a few high end watches here complete with paperwork and boxes and was to be honest disappointed with what I received for them. I think that when you know what you paid for them you overestimate there used worth but £8500 for a £16,500 gold GMT was a bit of a shock. Still I needed a cash injection at the time and it sorted me out. In fairness they have to make a profit as they run a business not a charity
I've used Market Cross Jewellers since 2016 and the service has always been excellent. I would like to thank Susan and Nicola at the Metro Centre branch for all their help and support recently when I had some problems with my Rolex watch. They were so caring and supportive as my watch had great sentimental value. Thank you. d caring as my watch had great sentimental value

Great, the staff are brilliant and will always have a good crack on with you. My partner sold his rolex here and the money was in his account within an hour.
The woman here was very rude and condescending to the point of patronising, I would definitely NOT recommend them based on how they treat customers and especially how they treated my husband!!!! He had every intention of buying had a watch to trade but was told they only deal with luxury watches i.e RolexNot everyones idea of luxury is a Rolex, maybe if she had asked what watch he was interested in a sale may have been made however her attitude put him off so he went to a different jeweller just up from them and spent his money there. Never judge a book by the cover ..........
Couldn't be more helpful. I went in to look at rings as I was told my eternity ring couldn't be resized, the ladies were fantastic, they advised me that it actually could as their repair jeweller would remove the diamonds & place them back in securely & they sent it off for me. The service was amazing, they were so friendly & had great knowledge. I think the lady who served me was called Shauna, she was so friendly
