The worst customer service I have ever seen or received, the Salesman (Rolex specialist.......Don't make me laugh) was like a petulant public school boy with a broom handle shoved up his bum.

Who the hell do they think they are? if they were that clever and bright they would have a proper job, not selling over priced wrist clocks. 

The way they treat customers and conduct business is a joke, the whole place is a big con job and they tell lie after lie. I will not return and i honestly hope they go bust as that's what they deserve, i must have been a mug to buy from them in the past.

More than one Rolex dealer in the country................ clowns.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Tracey who helped make my 50th birthday very special. Her service was excellent and she went the extra mile for me, locating the ring i had chosen for earlier delivery.A credit to the company. Thank you ! Allison Duthie x
