Check your product closely before leaving the store! I should have, but I was in a hurry and didn’t. I got home and went to put my new charm on and it was scratched. I’ll have to take the time to go exchange it for a new one, but that would have been so embarrassing if it was a gift.
Needed to sort out a bracelet brought for my 70th. Very helpful
Went in with a damaged ring, expected to have to pay for the repair, the assistant Poppy was fantastic, tried to repair it unsuccessfully so given a brand new ring free of charge, that is fantastic customer service that deserves recognition
Staff didn’t want to help with my return, I went to the other shop in the metro centre and they helped straight away!

I had a gift voucher to spend. The assistant that served me was lovely, very helpful, he couldn't do/show me enough. I made my choices and during the wrapping & paying process he was chatty and didn't just clam up once I d made my decision. I had nothing specific in mind when I went in, however I now have a few things in my 'would like ' list
Returned a defective item and was immediately offered an exchange without argument ! Excellent customer service thank you
Didn't buy anything this time, but a quick look to see what earrings they had. The sales lady was very helpful in showing me what they had, but i was not sure what style I wanted this time. I have 3 different styles. Pandora always do some really nice jewellery. Reccomend a visit.
Absolutely shocking rang to ask when they close trailed all the way here which took 40 minutes as there was a new release and we get here and there shut very rude and so disappointing stay away.
Great service. Went in with a damaged bracelet which was only three weeks old. Damaged through no fault of Pandora. Totally expected to have to pay for a repair, but the assistant, Poppy, was amazing, and exchanged the bracelet for a new one. Fabulous service!
