Dreadful customer 'service' and poor quality jewellery, staff refused to even look at a bracelet that has been worn for under a year but is already deteriorating and therefore unwearable. Very, very upsetting as the item has sentimental meaning.

I can't compliment the customer service in this enough, they have gone above and beyond customer care - after a few issues with my ring which to be fair was approximately 10 years old, I just don't like to complain, however when I went in to speak to them - Sharon the assistant manager was amazing and on a return visit Natalie just had the most fabulous customer relationship, nothing you buy can always be perfect & you can't blame them for that , however I firmly believe it's the customer care you receive afterwards that makes the difference and Fraser Hart, Sharon & Natalie have certainly exceded my expectations. I would be happy to recommend your shop and customer service to everyone !!

Wanted some advise on my Michael Kors watch which needs new glass face fitted and the female assistant who answered the phone was very vague & unhelpful (basically ran me of the line). Even though I bought my watch from the same store but the Newcastle branch a few years ago & they were great, very helpful, sent it away for me & at a very reasonable price. I will not be going into this store or try to contact them again. This assistant answered the phone at 15:14 on 25 Jan 2017. She needs trained in Customer Service!! Thank you

Extremely poor customer service. Bought a Longines watch which proved to be faulty, Fraser Hart (Metro Centre) have repeatedly avoided dealing with the complaint and eventually told me that I had to contact their website to raise the complaint. We still don't have the watch after 8 weeks of trying to resolve it. Pre-sales information was inaccurate and misleading, support staff have been unreliable and ineffective, product was faulty. Hard to recommend any aspect of the service provided and its a million miles away from what you would expect from a company who states "we combine expertise with a passion for exceptional customer service, and you’ll always get the personal touch you deserve". Awful.

Thank you to alex and the girls for Excellent customer service when I purchased my new diamond engagement ring The girls ordered the ring in for me to try on in my size Phoned me to inform me it was in stock,very quick service Big well done!!!!!!!! And Thank you all Julie and Tommy
